Why join Oliver & Co?

Oliver & Co was recently awarded ‘Best Place to Work’ in the British Wills & Probate Awards 2023. And for good reason. What is it like to work here? Here at Oliver & Co, we have created an environment where our team feels happy to come to work each day. We pride ourselves on fostering the relationships within our company to ensure staff feel supported and valued so they can complete their work to the highest standard. Oliver & Co is a place where talented and successful people can nurture and progress their careers in a safe and accepting environment. But there’s more to working for Oliver & Co than that.

A Great Place to Work

We are proud of our strong staff retention rates, reflecting our commitment to a positive and supportive work environment.

As at April 2025, 49% of our team have been with us for 5 years or more, 32% for 10 years or more, 24% for over 15 years, and 6% for more than 20 years. These statistics underscore our dedication to employee satisfaction and the deep wealth of experience and continuity we bring to our clients.

We are one of a small handful of law firms in the UK that are 100% employee owned. That means that no matter your role or how many hours you do, you are an equal part of the team and are valued and rewarded as such.
